For referrers
Referring to Adelaide Hills Neuropsychology
We welcome referrals from GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, neurologists, geriatricians, allied health, NDIS support coordinators, aged care providers, case managers and insurers — and we’d like to partner with you.
How to refer
Referrals can be made by email to admin@hillsneuropsych.com.au or through our secure online form. Please include:
- Referral letter, including a clear statement of the referral question(s)
- Relevant medical and psychiatric history and documentation — neuroimaging, professional reports and hospital discharge summaries
- Current medications
- Previous or concurrent interventions
- Patient and/or primary carer contact information
We’ll contact the client to discuss their needs, funding and availability. With the client’s consent, we provide a copy of the report to you and any other professionals they nominate.
